Thompson Thrift is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Alta
25 to support a multifamily community in Monument, Colorado. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-readies on rental units, ensuring safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
Under the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager, you will handle service requests, coordinate with vendors, and participate in on-call rotations. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.
