JANITOR & JANITOR LEAD

Schedule: Varies by client needs — typically 2–7 days per week, with shifts between 3:00 AM and 12:00 PM

Compensation: $13.00-$16.15 per hour

We are hiring dependable individuals for Janitor and Janitor Lead positions at multiple client locations. Schedules, hours, and pay vary based on the needs of each location.

Responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain floors.
• Clean and restock restrooms and common areas.
• Empty trash and remove debris from facility areas.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE and use of safety signs.
• Report maintenance concerns, complete work orders, and communicate site needs to management.
• Assist with additional cleaning or project work as needed.

Responsible for leading janitorial staff while performing and overseeing cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and guide janitorial team members.
• Coordinate daily cleaning tasks and monitor work quality.
• Perform and oversee general cleaning and floor care.
• Conduct inspections and communicate site needs to management.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure team members follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues, incidents, and other concerns to management.

• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is required to perform the essential functions of this position, including receiving instructions, coordinating work, and communicating with team members and management.
