Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive maintenance strategy for multiple properties ensuring all facilities meet established standards and regulations.
• Lead, train, and manage maintenance staff across various locations, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring timely repair and maintenance tasks.
• Manage budgets and contracts associated with maintenance, including the procurement of materials and services.
• Collaborate with property managers and other department heads to streamline operations and enhance tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, sustainable practices, and legal regulations.
