Winter Park Meadows Lodge HOA in Fraser, CO is seeking dedicated On-Site Caretaker(s) for a part-time, on-site role. The position offers rent-free two-bedroom housing valued at $2,000 per month and a quarterly bonus for performance.
Caretakers will report to Resort Management Group and the HOA Board, ensuring daily security, upkeep, and compliance. Outside employment is permitted if duties to the property are met, and couples may share the role to balance schedules.
