As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of ensuring the excellence and functionality of the homeowner’s association. You will perform various maintenance duties to create a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for guests, owners, and employees.

Responsibilities Regularly inspect the interior and exterior of the property and report deficiencies to the Maintenance Supervisor or Building Engineer.

Perform routine maintenance of mechanical systems, HVAC, and life safety fire alarm systems.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, repairs, and drywall.
