• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Valid state hoisting license
• A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience performing asphalt milling work
• Comprehensive knowledge of asphalt operations
• Must possess personal transportation to reliably travel to various regional job sites

• Provide daily on-site leadership to the construction crew
• Coordinate project schedules and logistics directly with Project Superintendents
• Ensure the proper training, safety mentoring, and skill development of all team members
• Complete and submit required field logs and documentation
• Operate heavy milling machinery and support equipment effectively
