Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II performs intermediate level maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across property facilities and equipment. This role supports preventative maintenance programs, assists with more complex repair work, and provides technical support for building systems and gaming related equipment. Technician II serves as a more experienced resource to ensure operational reliability, safety, and guest satisfaction. Starting Pay: $25.00

• Perform intermediate-level repairs and maintenance across all property facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, carpentry, painting, mechanical, and general building upkeep.
• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and replace equipment associated with the gaming floor and related operational systems.
• Assist with maintenance and monitoring of HVAC systems, alarm systems, generators, and other major building systems.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and document work performed in accordance with property standards.
• Identify maintenance issues that require escalation and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance calls, work orders, and emergency requests.
• Use appropriate tools, diagnostic equipment, and materials to perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
• Support compliance with safety regulations, equipment standards, and operational procedures.
• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service when interacting with guests and team members.
• Maintain complete knowledge of property facilities, entertainment areas, and systems to support operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably within commercial, hospitality, or facilities environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to properly operate and maintain tools and equipment used in grounds and maintenance work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely in a busy, interruptive environment.

• Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions, diagrams, or work orders.
• Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment used in general maintenance and repair work.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and in a fast-paced, interruptive environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance safety practices, including PPE usage and hazard recognition.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors.
• Exposure to varied temperatures, weather conditions, fumes, chemicals, and confined areas.
