Director of Maintenance & Reliability

Rise Baking Company, LLC seeks a Director of Maintenance & Reliability to lead plant maintenance and reliability programs across our commercial bakery operations. This role oversees asset care strategies, preventive and predictive maintenance, and capital planning to ensure safe, efficient production. You will manage maintenance teams, vendors, and budgets while driving continuous improvement, reliability engineering, and root-cause analysis. Partner with Operations, Quality, and Safety to minimize downtime, enhance equipment performance, and support growth in a collaborative, people-focused culture.
