Organization seeking a grounds worker for $20-$25 per hour plus benefits who will help maintain the landscape and exterior buildings, repair equipment, and learn planned maintenance for routine upkeep of our 17 McDonald’s restaurants. This is a full‑time position that requires open availability and immediate start.
- Weed removal, maintains plants and lawn
- Deep cleaning exterior parking lot
- Sweep and shovel snow
- Set up for special events and other special assignments
- Sprinkler maintenance
- HVAC clean up and routine maintenance
- Safety audits
- Repair larger equipment pieces such as toasters, fryers, etc.
- Perform routine upkeep on equipment
- Working with shovels, vacuums, pressure washers, tools and other cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Working with cleaning products on a daily basis
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
