Bowling Facility Maintenance Technician

Installs, repairs, overhauls, and regularly inspects bowling facility electrical, mechanical, and computerized equipment to include automatic pinsetters, automatic ball returns, speed cradle stops, telescore units, automatic ball cleaners, and hole borers.

Clears ball and pin jams, repairs and replaces foul lights.

Performs periodic preventive maintenance on automatic handling equipment such as vacuuming, ball cleaning machines, clean turn around pans, ball elevators, and cross conveyors on pinsetters.

Assists with maintaining stock levels and keeping records on spare parts for automatic pinsetters and mechanical equipment.

Replaces burned-out fuses and light bulbs and assists in replacement of electrical fixtures as required.

Cleans, oils, and conditions lane surfaces.

May sweep and mop the floor. Dusts furniture and fixtures.

Cleans walls and restrooms and replaces washers in faucets.

Collects and removes trash.

Advises supervisor or manager of unusual maintenance problems.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
