Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Utility associate to help keep our senior living community safe, clean, and welcoming. In this resident-first, team-oriented environment, you will support building and grounds upkeep, light maintenance, and housekeeping tasks that directly impact residents' comfort and wellbeing. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, minor repairs, room turns, trash removal, and event setup, while following safety and infection-control standards.
