- Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies, safety standards, and codes;
Execute the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspection, punch list creation, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing tasks, and inspecting results;
Access and obtain materials/equipment from the maintenance department, track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Document and file service paperwork accurately and timely for tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage, and debris removal
