Lutheran Senior Services - - Responsibilities:
Supervises daily maintenance operations, including coordinating maintenance workload, preparing staff schedules and monitoring attendance;
Assists in developing department procedures and with the orientation, training, and ongoing development of maintenance staff;
Completes work orders as assigned through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to repair or install equipment and machinery or HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, and grounds work;
Prepares apartments to bring them online, including painting, patching, making repairs for move-in readiness;
Performs HVAC upkeep, tracks inventory, recommends purchases, and completes reports
