The Estates of Spanish Lakes is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our amazing team! Looking for caring and compassionate candidates who are dedicated to promoting a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.

The primary purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to work with the maintenance director to plan, organize, and develop the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
MaintenanceTechnician requirements:
- 1 year of maintenance experience required
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting is preferred
