Custodian - Part Time

This is a Part-Time position(2 positions needed)

Pay Rate: $19.48/hr

Hours:

28 hours/week

5.5 hours 4 days/week , 6.0 hours 1 day/week

Applicants must be able to perform the duties required below

No experience necessary, we will train

Must have valid NJ Drivers License

Job Duties Expected:

• Cleans floors of classrooms, offices, special rooms, corridors, stairs, entrances, lobbies and cafeteria, as assigned
• Sweeps, dry mops, wet mops, vacuums, floors
• Cleans and disinfects the drinking fountains, bathroom floors, bowls, seats, and urinals in restrooms on a daily basis as assigned
• Fills paper and soap dispensers in assigned areas, as needed
• Removes trash as assigned
• Ability to lift 75 pounds at least 20% of the time; bend, lift, squat, crawl, climb stairs and ladders, shovel snow, stand for long periods of time
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Custodial Foreman or Custodial Night Supervisor
• Must have or get black seal license within one year
