Maintenance Supervisor - RBM Management
RBM Management is looking for a skilled, upbeat Maintenance Supervisor who knows how to lead a team and keep a community running smoothly. You'll handle service requests, turns, curb appeal, and general repairs while creating a safe, well-maintained environment for our residents. This role is Monday-Friday with rotating on-call and weekend duties.
You Bring:
- 5+ years apartment maintenance + 5+ years supervisory experience
- HVAC certification (required); CPO preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
