StartingPay Range & Coverage
- Hourly: $16-$18
- Service areas:
Columbus, Lagrange, Newnan
- Build strong customer relationships and create "customers for life".
- Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations, including setting up exclusion traps, cutting flashing, forming hardware cloth, working safely on rooftops with harnesses, performing basic repairs, assisting with crawlspace & termite work, and maintaining knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
- Follow a service schedule within your territory, ensuring safe and timely visits, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, sales, management) to deliver exceptional service.
- Prioritize safety, including handling equipment and vehicles.
- Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding professionalism and customer care.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and image with every customer interaction.
- Starting pay range $16-$18 hourly.

Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Minimum age 18.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel between counties or service areas as needed.
- Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and move ladders larger than 32 feet and climb up to 60 feet.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Work in all weather conditions.
