Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a Lube Tech to perform routine vehicle maintenance services in our Virginia location, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols.

• Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements (oil, air, cabin) accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and identifying potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services and vehicle maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste materials.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in lubrication services.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
