Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning and restoration services.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical
  
  Skills:
  
  Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Clean Driving Record: No DUI’s and comfortable driving a Ram Promaster.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.).
• Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):
  • Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
    * preferred but not required
  • Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
• Opportunities to obtain other certifications:
  • Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
  • Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
  • Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
  • Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds unassisted.

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
