Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Evaluate and estimate daily assignments to ensure time constraints are met for patient satisfaction.

Apply paint to small assignments when needed.

Perform minor HVAC repairs when required.

Adhere to all NFPA and Life Safety measures, OSHA guidelines.

Understand and know how to read blueprints.

Prepare work surfaces and areas; remove furniture, equipment, shelving, and other items associated with maintenance to ensure repairs are made correctly.

Maintain consistency with teamwork and values of patients and organizational goals.

Provide written and oral information.

Perform additional duties as requested.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Healthcare experience preferred
