Houseman​/Lobby Attendant

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Housemanr to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The Housemanr will be responsible for cleaning common areas, and other areas of the facility

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Multiple shifts per week at the hours of:

8am to 1pm

5pm to 10pm

• Clean common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, garbage removal and other cleaning tasks
• Cleaning of outside public areas and pool.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team members
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
