Third Shift Maintenance Technician The Role

• Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving system components, including:
  • Working knowledge of complex electrical controls and circuit analysis. Able to use multi‑meter to troubleshoot.
  • Understanding of safety controls including light curtains and safety scanners. Able to connect and troubleshoot PLC/devices and repair/replace as needed.
  • Working knowledge of complex industrial automation systems and equipment, including CNC Machining Center (Mazak and Okuma controls preferred).
  • Operate manual equipment for repair (Lathe, Mill, vertical and horizontal saw).
  • Advanced PLC logic understanding (XFER, MOVE and arithmetic data).
  • Advanced mechanical skills to repair equipment.
  • Working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic controls (understands schematic and symbols).
  • Working knowledge of robotic applications with PLC integration (Motoman robotics experience preferred).
• Repairing and maintaining MIG welding equipment.
• Use of knowledge and understanding of basic welding fundamentals, including:
  • Shielding gas types and ratios.
  • Circuit continuity confirmation.
  • Calibration of voltage, wire feed rate, and gas flow.
  • Understanding of weld fume health impact.
• Work unscheduled overtime to complete assigned jobs to ensure meeting of production goals.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of previous maintenance experience preferred.

This is an in‑person role located at our Columbus, Indiana office – ideal for those who thrive in a hands‑on, team‑oriented environment.

Hourly Wage – $31 – $44 per hour + OT (when needed). Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role is eligible for relocation assistance based on current location.
