Community Manager & Service Supervisor

Full Time: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (average 40 hours). Hours may be adjusted based on community needs and may require weekends and after‑hour emergency services.

Medium work. May require exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally. Includes climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing. Visual acuity to operate hand tools. Subject to weather.

Pre‑employment, post‑injury, reasonable suspicion, and possible random screens.

• Assist all aspects of community operations under direction of Service Supervisor & Community Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Follow detailed oral/written instructions.
• Deliver superior customer service.
• Independent operator capable of establishing priorities, managing time, fulfilling objectives and projects.
• Problem solver responsive to unexpected issues and handling priority changes in a fast‑moving environment.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication, organization, and ability to work with onsite staff, customers, supervisors, corporate associates, and vendors.
• Effective communication in English. Bi‑lingual candidates encouraged.
• Track and inventory material and parts.
• Lift/exert up to 50 lbs. of force with chemicals.

• Residential Standards:
  Perform general maintenance duties in common areas; maintain property, ensuring resident satisfaction and contributing to occupancy goals; participate in preventive maintenance programs and ongoing repair of all mechanical systems; keep grounds and common areas clean at all times.

• Community Inspections and Quality Assurance Review:
  Assist and report on inspections and quality assurance review results.
