Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Immediate Hire NEEDED! Now hiring an EXPIRENCED Apartment Maintenance Supervisor!

This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
• Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• SOLID PLUMBING SKILLS INCLUDING BRAZING
• HVAC EXPERIENCE & EPA CERTIFICATION

Schedule:
Monday
- Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks Full Time
- Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

• $33.00-$35.00 an hour
• Up to$4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
