Position Type: Part-time (24 hours/week) with on‑call availability for emergencies.

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24‑to‑48‑hour expectation).
• Maintain broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3‑5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Be responsive to on‑call emergencies.

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance, including weekend and overtime hours.
• Ability to be “on‑call” for emergencies.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications.
