Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and related facility equipment.;
Responds to service calls across administrative, patient care, and public areas to keep facilities operational.;
Troubleshoots minor medical gas equipment and kitchen equipment.;
Performs corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, and patient care equipment.;
Coordinates with vendors for warranty issues and solicits proposals/pricing for non-warranty projects; conducts carpentry and painting tasks as needed.
