Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through;
Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner;
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs per Green Shield Binder;
Maintain records and logs (deficiencies, inspections, life safety, elevator, etc.) per binder;
Maintain organized and safe maintenance areas and monitor safety equipment (fire alarms, detectors, extinguishers)
