Perform general facilities maintenance and handle service calls;
Set up and dismantle Christmas lights and decorations over a multi-month process;
Conduct plumbing tasks including maintenance of sinks, drains, faucets, toilets, urinals, and piping;
Handle electrical work such as security systems, alarm systems, outlets, sockets, and lighting;
Perform groundskeeping duties including trash and landscape pickup and snow removal as needed
