We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and broad mechanical knowledge. This role combines machine maintenance with general building maintenance across two locations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and routine servicing of machinery
- Diagnose and repair issues related to:
- Air systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Electrical systems
- Support ongoing machine reliability and uptime
- Handle general building maintenance, including:
- Electrical systems
- Heating and cooling systems
- Plumbing
- Structural components (doors, windows, roof, gutters)
- Communicate with vendors, service technicians, alarm companies, and municipal/fire inspectors
- Maintain computerized communication records and service coordination
- Proven experience in machine and building maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Computer‑capable for vendor and service coordination
- Dependable and able to work independently across multiple locations

Hours:
To be determined based on operational needs, Typical hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
