Maintenance Technician | Part-Time; Mural Lewis Center

Buckingham is seeking a tenacious maintenance professional who demonstrates a high sense of urgency, manages priorities effectively, is coachable and overcomes obstacles.
Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation.

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community.
• Provide services for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
• Show high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management and customer service.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for 24‑hour, on‑call maintenance on schedule.
• Owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement awarded).
