Role
Lead technician responsible for complex repairs, seasonal transitions, and routine route maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Full Service & Maintenance
:
Perform routine pool cleaning (skimming, brushing, vacuuming) and water chemistry balancing. - Advanced Repairs
:
Diagnose and repair heaters, filters, pumps, and chlorinators. - Seasonals
:
Perform pool openings, closings, and winterization. - Technical Support
:
Utilize plumbing and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot system issues.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
- Proven experience in pool repair; knowledge of auto-covers is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and a "lead by example" work ethic.
