You are an experienced Groundskeeper with at least two (2) years of experience as a groundskeeper, landscaper or a related role and a passion for maintaining the "look" of your community. You are safety‑conscious in all aspects of doing your job. You are a professional communicator, striving to improve the lives of our customers and you exemplify the Company culture of Living Our Values Everyday!

• Maintain a visually appealing outdoor space and a high level of curb appeal
• Maintain the grounds and exterior of the building, including parking lots and amenities
• Physically walk the property on a frequent basis and removes litter and other debris from the grounds
• Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
• Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets

• At least two (2) years of experience as a groundskeeper, landscaper or a related role
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
