Position: Custodian needed in the Great State of Ohio

Pataskala, OH.

Salary Range: $22-24/hr. (Based on experience)

Full Benefits,

Monday – Friday, Flexible.
40hrs/wk. (ability to work overtime, when needed)

Opportunity
Contract Lumber is looking for a Custodian to join our Team in Pataskala, Ohio. This person will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Day to Day

Sweeping and mopping all floors as needed.
Vacuuming all carpeted areas as needed.
Stock and sanitize bathrooms daily.
Clean and sanitize break areas and countertops as needed.
Empty and clean garbage receptacles as needed.
Maintain and organize inventory of cleaning supplies.
Keep office areas clean, organized, and safe.

Skill Set

Great Attitude and a Team Player
Previous Custodial experience
Knowledgeable with various cleaning products preferred.
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
Work in indoor / outdoor conditions
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license as this role does require some travel to other locations as needed.
