Clean Team Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated Floor Tech Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning operations. This position is ideal for someone with cleaning experience who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards, and providing excellent service to our customers.
As a Floor Tech Supervisor, you will oversee cleaning staff during assigned shifts, ensure work is completed correctly, and help create a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with team members, management, and clients to make sure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support cleaning staff during scheduled shifts
* Train, coach, and assist team members as needed
* Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
* Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety procedures
* Address employee performance and attendance concerns
* Communicate effectively with management and clients
* Assist with cleaning and floor care duties when needed
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
* Complete required reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
* Previous janitorial, custodial, floor care, or cleaning experience required
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to motivate, support, and lead a team by example
* Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
