Summit Building Services is looking for a Multi Site Operations Support Specialist to grow with our team. You will be working 30-40 hours a week in the Covers Columbus, Zanesville, Logan, Cambridge, Marion, and the surrounding areas, with a varying evening schedule after 5 pm Monday‑Saturday.

Pay rate $23.00 per hour and includes: PTO, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass drug test and background check.

• Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
• Provide coverage to unstaffed buildings to ensure service is completed
• Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
• Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
• Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
• Complete work tickets
• Send reports to Area Manager
• Recommendation of special project work when needed
• Complete ongoing education to gain competency in their position
