Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

Shift: 12-Hour Rotating (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Location: Manufacturing Facility

Starting Pay Rate: $37/hr.

$2,000 Sign On Bonus!!

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee preventative and routine maintenance for extrusion equipment and facility support systems. The ideal candidate will apply electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure maximum production uptime with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on extrusion machinery, PC/PLC systems, and 3-phase, 480v power systems.
• Equipment Support: Maintain and rebuild components for material conveying, process water, chilled water, and compressed air systems.
• Installation & Setup: Install new plant equipment and power requirements; set up barrels, screws, and production lines for scheduled runs.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute a predictive/preventative maintenance strategy using CMMS programs to document modifications and routine tasks.
• Compliance: Manage software updates and archiving for PLC/PC applications while adhering to 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Maintenance Technician role; experience with blending and extrusion equipment is highly .
• Technical Skills: Strong background in 480v/3-phase power and familiarity with PLC troubleshooting.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to climb and work comfortably at elevated heights.
• Professionalism: Ability to plan and document complex work independently in a fast-paced environment.
