Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain the building exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, and gardening).
• Maintain franchise standards and follow up on inspection deficiencies.
• Implement and maintain Crescent's preventative maintenance program.
• Assist General Manager with annual Capital Plan development.
• Coordinate compliance of service contracts.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least one year in any customer service field.
• Experience and passion for providing guests with excellent customer service.
