LHH is seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to join a leading manufacturing organization! This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about equipment reliability, team development, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure maximum equipment uptime through effective troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reliability initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset performance.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to support operational goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report key maintenance metrics including downtime, costs, and equipment performance.
  • Support capital projects, equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance planning and tracking.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday through Friday

Salary: Starting at $90,000 based on experience
