• Providing routine maintenance and service of digital equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment
• Keeping up to date with the latest technology
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Properly maintained car stock
• Networking skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Stong organizational and customer service skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal communication and analytical skills
• Time management and the ability to work independently
