Perform daily, event and regularly scheduled cleaning and maintenance projects;
Maintain the overall venue facilities including carpet repair/cleaning, painting, elevator repair, bathrooms, HVAC, electrical and plumbing;
Inspect systems to detect malfunctions and determine repair solutions;
Schedule and supervise part-time cleaners according to event schedule;
Coordinate with outside vendors on repair and maintenance work and assist with production advancement as needed
