Chief Engineer

Location:

Westin Great Southern Columbus, 310 S High St, Columbus, OH 43215, USA.

Pay or shift range: $72,000 USD to $77,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location and qualifications.

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain the building exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, and gardening).
• Maintain franchise standards and follow-up on inspection deficiencies.
• Implement and maintain Crescent’s preventative maintenance program.
• Assist General Manager with annual Capital Plan development.
• Coordinate compliance of service contracts.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

You have experience and a passion for providing guests with excellent customer service. At least one year in any customer service field.
