• Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface polishing to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothing and linens with care and precision
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to household preferences, demonstrating strong cooking skills
• Care for floors through specialized floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and polishing hard surfaces
• Maintain organization of household supplies and assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed
• Ensure all areas are sanitized regularly following health guidelines to promote a safe living environment
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating household needs and addressing them promptly with professionalism

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management or janitorial roles with a focus on quality service delivery
• Strong cooking skills to prepare a variety of meals safely and efficiently
• Expertise in cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation protocols
• Experience in laundry operations—handling delicate fabrics and managing clothing care efficiently
• Knowledge of custodial practices gained through hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment confidently
