Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and nonscheduled repairs, maintenance and installation of machinery, tools, equipment and/or associated equipment to ensure continuous and safe operation of the property;
Perform preventive maintenance in conjunction with building maintenance and/or cleanliness related items;
Submit parts requests associated with repairs, upkeep, and improvements;
Support exterior grounds activities in the parking garage and other exterior area needs;
Maintain sanitation equipment and HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and water distribution including fire suppression and sewerage facilities;
Comply with OSHA regulations and safety procedures;
Maintain and monitor controls to ensure compliance with laws and policies;
Interact effectively across departmental lines and work as a team
