• Complete work orders promptly and efficiently, including maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service requests
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment, including but not limited to HVAC, appliances, etc., are in good working order
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and apartment units, identifying and addressing maintenance concerns and safety hazards
• Complete or assist with unit turns and inspections
• Maintain the curb appeal of the property by performing landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal duties when needed
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations

• 1-2 years of property maintenance or related experience
• Working knowledge of maintenance tools, safety procedures, and general repair practices
• Willingness to obtain certifications in HVAC and CPO or other relevant certifications if needed
• Strong resident relation skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the day
