Maintenance Tech I / Groundskeeper - an entry level position focused on grounds, cleanliness, and basic property upkeep. This role offers an opportunity to learn more about maintenance.
Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds
- Assist with maintenance tasks
- Assist with unit turns
- Swim pool maintenance/cleaning if applicable
- Observe and learn as much as possible about general maintenance
- Complete other tasks as directed and assigned
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to be on feet for the majority of the day
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, walk stairs, and kneel
