Diversified Maintenance seeks a part-time janitor to perform general cleaning and upkeep inside client buildings. The role covers floors, restrooms, common areas, and occasional use of cleaning equipment, with weekly pay and flexible morning and afternoon shifts from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, trash disposal, replenishing supplies, and adhering to client specifications. Prior experience is helpful, but on-the-job training is provided.
