- Monday night in/off Friday morning 9:30PM - 8AM (DC4)

AMWE
- Friday
-Sunday 6AM-6:30PM (DC6)

As a Maintenance Supervisor
, you’ll lead a team of Maintenance Technicians while partnering with DC Operations, Engineers, contractors, and leadership to deliver both short- and long-term maintenance strategies. Your oversight will ensure our facilities, infrastructure, and assets remain reliable and efficient, directly supporting the success of our supply chain. This role reports to the Manager of Maintenance.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Support operating procedures for material handling systems, conveyors, vehicles, electrical, HVAC, building, and grounds

• Use CMMS reporting to prioritize proactive and preventive maintenance activities

• Ensure operational readiness by balancing short-term needs with long-term strategies.
• Manage vendor and contractor partnerships
  , ensuring quality and compliance.
• Oversee purchasing and invoicing processes for maintenance needs.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and coaching to drive team growth.
