Facilities Maintenance Assistant
Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Full Time Facilities Maintenance Assistant for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities- Performs all tasks related to warehouse and office cosmetic improvements including but not limited to:
- Painting of floors, walls, and trim
- Wall mounting of pictures, shelves, clocks, etc.
- Mowing grass/Shoveling snow
- Trimming weeds
- Removing trash from around the building
- Shuts off gas, water, and electric supply in the case of an emergency
- Performs monthly inspections of all fire extinguishers in accordance with company guidelines
- Completes items from the maintenance checklist daily
- Ensures the detailed cleanliness of the warehouse and office
- The ability to wear safety equipment as provided by management
- The ability to adapt to varying environmental condition
- The ability to lift object up to 50 pounds.
This is a Monday
- Friday role. No weekends! The hours are 2:30pm-11:00pm.
