Job Skills / RequirementsSummit Building Services is looking for a Multi Site Operations Support Specialist to grow with our team. You will be working Monday-Saturday, 30-40 hours weekly after 5pm on a varying schedule. This position supports client sites in Columbus, Zanesville, Logan, Cambridge, Marion, and the surrounding areas.
Pay rate $23.00 per hour and includes: PTO, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.
You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass drug test and background check.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
- Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
- Provide coverage to unstaffed buildings to ensure service is completed
- Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
- Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
- Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
- Complete work tickets
- Send reports to Area Manager
- Recommendation of special project work when needed
- Complete ongoing education to gain competency in their position
