360 Facility Solutions is a full-service provider of customized and cost-efficient integrated facility solutions for corporate offices, multisite dispersed portfolios, education, healthcare, and industrial-focused organizations. We are currently looking for a On Call Porter to join our growing team of amazing individuals.

PRN associates play a flexible and valuable role by working on an “as‑needed basis,” allowing for adaptability in scheduling rather than a fixed routine. These non-exempt, hourly positions are designed to support the community during key times, such as fill-in coverage, seasonal needs, or unexpected situations. While PRN associates are not scheduled on a regular basis, their contributions are essential in helping ensure smooth operations whenever additional support is needed.

PRN positions may lead to full or part time positions in the future if interested but not required

• Weekly pay - $13.00 - $15.00/hour, dependent on your experience and skills.

• Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the facility.
• Emptying and removing waste from waste baskets as needed and directed.
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors, vacuum and clean carpets.
• Clean and replenish supplies in restrooms.
• Assist with exterior maintenance (snow removal, picking up waste, etc.).
• Transport tools and materials between sites or departments.
• Provide light maintenance as needed or contact maintenance department to assist with maintenance needs.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years of day porter, janitorial, or other related experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, including ability to use email and work order systems.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks.
• Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities.
